7. Opting Out of SMS Communications

Clients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, RTS will no longer send SMS messages unless you re-enroll. Reply HELP for support.

8. Message Frequency & Costs

• Message frequency varies based on client needs and engagement with RTS services.
• RTS does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Clients are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile carrier.

9. Changes to This Policy

RTS reserves the right to update this SMS Privacy Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our website or via SMS. Continued use of RTS SMS services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
